Airflow drying, also known as instant drying, has been applied in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry in China since the 1960s. Our factory has been using excellent technology since the beginning of its construction, providing high-quality and cost-effective complete sets of equipment for the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. Over the years, through continuous improvement and enhancement, it has developed into the following four series:
Q series basic type; QG series fan and dispersed type; JG series reinforced type.

1. High drying intensity and low equipment investment: Airflow drying equipment has a large processing capacity, with a water evaporation capacity ranging from 50kg/h to 1500kg/h. However, the equipment has a small capacity and low investment, which cannot be compared to other drying equipment.
2. High degree of automation and good product quality: The airflow drying of materials is carried out entirely in the pipeline, with a very short drying time (only 0.5-2 seconds), thus achieving automation. The product does not come into contact with the outside world, has low pollution, and has good quality.
3. Complete equipment supply, free selection of heat source: The basic model consists of an air filter, heater, feeder, drying pipe, fan, and cyclone separator. Users can purchase dust collectors or other auxiliary equipment as needed.
In terms of heating method selection, airflow drying equipment has great adaptability. Users can choose steam, electricity, or hot air furnaces for heating according to the conditions in their region. At the same time, they can also choose according to the heat-resistant temperature (or hot air temperature) of the material: when ≤ 150 ℃, steam heating can be used; when ≤ 200 ℃, electric heating (or steam heating, electric compensation or thermal oil heating); ≤ At 300 ℃, coal-fired hot blast stove; ≤ At 600 ℃, the oil fired hot blast stove.

  working principle

Wet materials enter the dryer simultaneously with heated natural air through the conveyor, and the two are fully mixed. Due to the large heat and mass exchange area, the purpose of evaporative drying can be achieved in a very short time. The dried finished product is discharged from the cyclone separator, and a small portion of the fly ash is recycled by the cyclone dust collector or bag filter. The Q-type airflow dryer operates under negative pressure, and the material does not pass through the fan; QG type airflow drying is a positive pressure operation, and the material is crushed by a fan; FG type airflow dryer is a tail gas circulation type; JG type airflow drying is an enhanced airflow dryer that integrates flash evaporation drying and airflow drying. It is a new type of drying equipment designed by our factory according to user requirements.
